Anatomy of Writing

The story line is the skeleton.
Add a layer of plot and it becomes the organs.
Give it a setting and the nervous system shall be complete.
Then, add some structure, the story shall move.
Add some details so the nose, mouth, ear, and the skin shall function.
Develope the story slowly and the hearts shall beat.
Give some descriptions and the story shall come to life.
Give it an edit and the story shall speak beautifully and fluently.
